01 · The starting point

A new brand, a new market, and zero sales.

Celoriva came to us with a product and a goal: sell in the UK. In April 2026 the store had no customers, no reviews and no pixel data. Every number below starts from that line.

£0Revenue in April
0Orders in April
0Reviews or past buyers
  • Cold market: UK shoppers had never heard of the brand.
  • No data: Meta had nothing to learn from on day one.
  • Price point: a £38 to £41 order needs trust before checkout.

03 · The scaling playbook

We didn't scale everything at once. We scaled one step at a time.

Each step had one job. We only moved to the next when the numbers said the last one was working.

STEP 1 · APRIL

Build the base

Shopify store set up for UK buyers. Pixel and Conversions API connected so every sale teaches Meta.

Goal: be ready to sell
STEP 2 · MAY

Find the winners

Small budgets across many hooks and angles. Losers switched off fast, winners kept.

Result: first 143 orders
STEP 3 · JUNE

Fix the page, then push

Product page changes lifted conversion from 1.88% to 3.32%, so every pound of ad spend did more work.

Result: revenue nearly doubled
STEP 4 · JULY

Scale the winners

Budget moved to proven creatives and audiences, with ROAS checked against Shopify, not just Meta.

Result: £15,747 month

The rule behind every step: we read Shopify revenue first and Meta's numbers second. If Shopify didn't move, the step wasn't working, no matter what the ad dashboard said.

04 · Conversion rate optimisation

Almost the same traffic. 108 more orders.

May and June brought in almost the same number of visitors. The only big change was how many of them bought: conversion rose 77%, from 1.88% to 3.32%.

Extra revenue in one month£4,411≈ ₹5.58 L at £41.01 average order

Visitors estimated as orders ÷ conversion rate, from Shopify Analytics. Same traffic, same product: the extra £4,411 came from the store converting better, not from more visitors.
